Bakery products are part of people's everyday lives. The aim of Fazer Bakeries is to deliver delight and promote well-being through its product range, which is constantly being developed to respond to the consumers' changing preferences in the different markets.

Throughout the years, Fazer Bakeries has invested greatly in the development and research of rye baking, with special focus on the health benefits of rye. This expertise was gathered in late summer 2004 under one programme, Rye by Fazer, with the goal to increase public awareness of the health benefits of rye.
